TLE2064ID is a low-power monolithic integrated circuit with an op-amp, voltage follower amplifier and buffer amplifier packaged in one device. It is the ideal choice for a wide range of applications including linear amplifiers, instrumentation amplifier, non-inverting amplifier and comparator circuits.The TLE2064ID is a high-performance, low-power, monolithic integrated circuit that integrates a wide variety of components including a single-supply op-amp, voltage follower amplifier and multiple buffer amplifiers. Its high gain and low quiescent current makes it well suited for use in linear amplifiers, low-noise instrumentation amplifier, non-inverting or non-inverting plus differential amplifiers, comparator circuits and multiple buffered voltage sources.The design of the TLE2064ID allows for very high linearity with respect to the input signals, making it an excellent choice for applications that require precise signal reproduction with low distortion. The high slew rate (up to 50V/μs) allows for very high response times and noise immunity, while the output stability of the op-amp ensures accurate tracking of the signal over load and frequency changes.The TLE2064ID also features two buffer amplifiers which are designed to drive both CMOS and TTL logic appropriate signal levels. The multiple output buffers can be used to drive a variety of loads such as multiple LEDs, lamps and relays with minimal power dissipation.In addition to these features, the TLE2064ID also provides an internal temperature protection circuit to protect it from damage from excessive user input. The circuit includes current limit, temperature and overtemperature protection circuitry, as well as a thermal shutdown circuit. This allows for a reliable and safe operation.The TLE2064ID is an excellent choice for a wide range of linear applications, especially for precision signal reproduction with low distortion and fast response time. Its combination of high linearity, low power and high slew rate makes it an ideal choice for a variety of instrumentation, audio, communication and consumer electronics applications.
