。PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear
The TLE4254GSXUMA2 is a monolithic integrated DC/DC voltage regulator and is based on a linear topology operating at 2.5 and 5 V power supply. It uses negative zener diodes and current sink and source to control the output voltage. Such a regulator provides an output voltage up to 24 V and up to 1.5 A output current that is independent from the input voltage. Depending on the polarity of the current sink the output voltage of the regulator can be positive or a negative voltage.
