PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear

The TLE4254GSXUMA2 is a monolithic integrated DC/DC voltage regulator and is based on a linear topology operating at 2.5 and 5 V power supply. It uses negative zener diodes and current sink and source to control the output voltage. Such a regulator provides an output voltage up to 24 V and up to 1.5 A output current that is independent from the input voltage. Depending on the polarity of the current sink the output voltage of the regulator can be positive or a negative voltage.

The TLE4254GSXUMA2 is optimized to work in a broad range of applications, providing high efficiency. These applications include the powering of computers, embedded systems and motor control in automotive, industrial and consumer electronics. Additionally, it can be used in servers, printing machines, switch mode power supplies, battery chargers and chargers for consumer electronic devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.
