The TLE4305GNT is a power supply controller, monitor and supervisor that is perfect for use in battery-less applications. It features an additional low-noise input-capable regulator, an integrated cycle-by-cycle current limitation, an adjustable linear regulator, and a thermal protection circuit. It is aimed at powering DC to DC converters, LED drivers, and other battery-less applications.The TLE4305GNT has two main operating modes. In the ripple control mode, the TLE4305GNT can be adjusted to either adapter or battery input sources, and with its extra-low-input noise capability, it can operate with a wide variety of input sources. In its linear regulator mode, the TLE4305GNT can be used for a low voltage regulated output, such as up to 18-volt light sources.In addition to its operating modes, the TLE4305GNT has several integrated safety features, such as a thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection, voltage limiter, and short current protection.
