TLE4470G Integrated Circuits (ICs)

The TLE4470G is an integrated high power Voltage Regulator designed to provide precise, reliable and highly efficient voltage regulation while also providing a wide range of control and protection features. The TLE4470G is suitable for applications such as automotive, industrial and consumer electronics, where precise, low noise and low ripple voltage regulation is critical. The TLE4470G is capable of delivering up to 10 amperes of peak load current and can provide voltage over a 0.3V – 30V range.

The TLE4470G can operate over a wide range of input voltages, from 4.5V up to 20V, and can provide output voltages over the same range.
