Application field of TLP701(TP,F): TLP701(TP,F) is a phototransistor optocoupler integrated with integrated circuit, which can be widely used in isolators & gate drivers of various optoelectronic fields, such as optical communication, diesel engines, photovoltaic and other occasions. At the same time, it also can be used in the voltage conversion circuit, overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit and so on. Because the TLP701(TP,F) has the characteristics of high isolation voltage, it is especially suitable for repairing and maintaining in harsh working environment.
Working principle of TLP701(TP,F): The TLP701(TP,F) optocoupler is composed of an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) and a phototransistor. By using the principle of light photon coupling, its photoemission circuit receives external DC and connects to the bipolar absorption circuit. The gain of the bipolar absorption circuit is usually 100, which makes the output current of the optocoupler equal to the current of the external input port, and then the optocoupler can eliminate a variety of harmful factors in the environment and send out a signal, which is the equivalent of the input before. In this way, the isolation effect is achieved between the input and the output.
