TLV70030DCKT is a high-performance, cost-effectiveness low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with an adjustable output voltage range of 500mV to 5.0V. It features a wide-range input voltage from 1.8V to 27V, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) up to 80dB, and low quiescent current of 6μA. The efficiency of the TLV70030DCKT is maintained by the flexible switchable frequency PWM in a wide-range of operating conditions.It is commonly used to provide a stable supply voltage for microcontrollers and other low-power (less than 1A) applications.
