The TM8M is a compact, lightweight, high-performance field unit developed for meeting the needs of applications where frequencies of 1 GHz and up are desired. It is ideal for use in radio frequency measurement, antenna tuning and voltage/current optimization applications. In addition, the TM8M allows for easy connection and access to a range of high-performance RF accessories.

The TM8M features a number of components, all of which contribute to providing an optimized radio communication performance. The main components of the TM8M are its two full-spectrum antenna ports, signal conditioning circuit, internal controller board, and flexible control panel.

TM8M uses two kinds of full-spectrum antenna ports (Single-port and Dual-port) to allow for extended frequency range applications. The signal conditioning circuit processes the received signal to provide an optimal communication level. The internal controller board provides communication protocol among the antenna ports and processing circuit. And the flexible control panel allows for easy adjustment and management of the whole unit.

The main working principle of TM8M is based on the interaction between RF signals and antennas. Firstly, the antenna will scan the frequency spectrum in the receiving area. Then the scanned signals will be filtered and converted to conventional signal with two kinds of full-spectrum antenna ports. After that, the signal conditioning circuit will process the signal, such as amplification, evaluating and equalization. Finally, the edited signal will go through the controller board, and the control panel will adjust the parameters to ensure a better communication quality.
