It is mainly designed to protect electrical components from lightning strikes and maintains the safe operation of the systems.TMOV34S301MPX2696 has surge protection up to 600V for unidirectional and bidirectional surge currents up to 34000A. The clamping voltage at 8/20µs is typically 340V peak. Meanwhile, with 2696J varistor element integrated, it achieves an excellent varistor performance with good surge current ability. The excellent high surge current capability ensures that the device can provide high level of surge protection with very low clamping voltage.TMOV34S301MPX2696 has a wide range of applications in various electronic systems.
