It is based on the Texas Instruments C6000 G-Series architecture combined with the High Performance Floating-Point Unit and an 6 x 128KB shared L2 on-chip memory system. It provides high throughput and very low power consumption, making it ideal for multimedia, communications, and control applications.The TMS320C6474FZUN8 is designed to perform general purpose, multimedia and communications processing applications.
