Working Principle
The TPPM0303DR regulates the output voltage within ±1.5% accuracy by utilizing external sense resistors, enabling a low input voltage variation. The voltage applied to the sense resistors “Trim” pin adjusts the output voltage set point precisely.}
In addition, the device switches off the internal FET for EN triggered logic low input voltage. The EN pin has an ultra-low current (10nA typical) for permissive turn-on. When the input voltage is below the under-voltage lock-out (UVLO) threshold, the device will be locked out and the FET is shutdown. In addition, if the temperature is detected as near to the thermal limit (TSD), the device will shut down the FET automatically.
The TPPM0303DR provides fast load transient response with fast enable mechanism. The soft start function allows non-over shoot startup time and inrush current limiting. It also eliminates overshoot on the output voltage by controlling the current direction. The patented transient amplifier circuit ensures low supply noise and remarkable fast transient capability. It will reduce load and line related noise by filtering the output voltage. The device can provide up to 1.5A of output current, making it suitable for high power applications.
