The TPS2012ADG4 is a synchronous, low-side N-channel power distribution switch specifically designed for high current applications. Working Principle

The TPS2012ADG4 has an integrated low-side N-channel MOSFET switch with a RDS(on) of 30 mΩ and a 20 A current rating.
