The TPS2022P series are single-pole high-speed power distribution switches and load drivers. They are specifically designed to replace single-pole mechanical switches such as SPST relays. These devices use lower power control signals, respectively, and can switch output current up to 24A peak or 15A continuous when used with short circuit protection.
