The Texas Instruments TPS2412D is a negative OR controller that provides power supply sequencing and inrush control. It is designed to provide a selectable slew rate, allowing users to easily adjust the voltage during power sequencing and manage the current inrush during start-up. Ideal Diodes

Working Principle
