The TPS51225BRUKT is a synchronous, step-down controller with a rich assortment of features and functions. As a voltage regulators, the device operates in slide or forced-PWM mode and delivers precise output while providing excellent line/load/temperature and transient/dynamic response. When switch to a low-power mode, the TPS51225BRUKT operates in either stop-mode or pulse skip mode with a very low quiescent current.

As linear voltage regulators, the TPS51225BRUKT works by applying an input voltage to a series resistor or other element that applies an approximate voltage drop to the output voltage.
