The TPS54020RUWT is a dual-channel integrated synchronous step-down converter. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.8 V to 5.5 V, offers both adjustable and fixed output voltage devices, and provides two full-performance channels in tiny 3 mm × 3 mm MLPQ packages.
