Texas Instruments TPS54232D is a DC/DC step-down converter with an integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. This device operates from 4.75V to 14V input voltage range, provides programmable output from 0.83V to 5.5V, and offers up to 4A output current capability at full output voltage.
