It can be used to regulate the output voltage of any switching power supply or isolated DC/DC converter.The TPS54295RSAR is a DC to DC step-down switching regulator that operates on a supply voltage of 2.5V to 6V and can provide up to five amps of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 7V, while the switching frequency can be adjusted between 300kHz and 1.2MHz.
