TPS54628DDAR is a two-phase interleaved synchronous buck DC-DC converter, providing high current and efficient low voltage conversion. It utilizes its high-efficiency, high-power PMOSFETs and minimize the overall system circuit with its low cost, compact bill of materials. The TPS54628DDAR operates on a two-phase interleaved topology, reducing peak inductor current and output capacitor ripple decreased by up to 70%, resulting in reduced system size and cost. This feature also provides for cooler operation for the system.

In addition, this device also offers programmable switching frequency up to 1MHz, allowing designers flexibility in terms of a larger range of applications. It comes with an integrated high-side MOSFET and synchronous rectifier allowing the user to reduce physical space, BOM and overall system cost.
