The TI TPS546C20A is an advanced, high performance synchronous step down DC-DC converter that is part of TI’s wide portfolio of voltage regulators. This regulator fits in the PMIC - Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators category and is ideal for powering FPGAs and GPUs in high current, high efficiency buck converter applications such as adaptor systems, high density servers, and storage systems.

The TPS546C20A is designed to accept a current input range of 4.5-21V and supports a continuous output current of 60A at a typical efficiency of 94%. It features a variable output voltage range of 0.6V-5.5V, thus providing higher currents at lower output voltages. There are also two integrated Buck Controller output modes that can be used to adjust the output voltage as per requirement.
