The TPS622313DRYT is a Buck-Boost Voltage Regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power NMOS switches. The device operates over a wide input supply range and provides an output voltage adjustable from 0.8 V to 14 V. Additionally, the device maintains a constant output voltage over a wide broad of line and load conditions.
