TPSMD11A is a transient voltage surge suppressor diode (TVS) designed to increases the performance and reliability of systems which are affected by electrostatic dischage (ESD). The device is capable of protecting high-speed systems such as digital logic, cellular phones, network interface controllers and other sensitive components from ESD lightning-induced surges. It is designed to suppress in pulse current transients of up to 11A peak pulse current ( Ipp ) and 20kV ESD.

Working Principle
