TRS3238ECDWR are a type of trancievers designed for use with dual-data-rate (DDR) and high-speed double data-rate (DDR) memory interfaces. They provide an efficient and cost effective means of interfacing processors, microcontrollers and other peripheral devices to DDR and DDR2 memory systems. These transceivers offer an efficient interface for data transfers of up to 300 Mbps over a wide range of clock frequencies. The TRS3238ECDWR is available in both surface mount and through-hole packages. The surface mount version measures 2.3mm x 1.8mm and can operate within a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V. The through-hole version measures 2.7mm x 1.8mm and supports an operating range of 3.3V to 2.7V.
