Introduction
The TS14002-C028DFNR is a three-terminal well-regulated linear voltage regulator which is capable of supplying a fixed output voltage with a load current up to 2.25 amps. The voltage regulator can operate between an input voltage range of 10V to 18V. The device has an adjustable current limit, thermal shutdown and features an asynchronous current limit and a preconditioning delay to prevent an initial inrush current.Properties and Features
The TS14002-C028DFNR is designed to operate with a high power density making it ideal for applications such as portable devices, DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, and high power monitors. The TS14002-C028DFNR voltage regulator works by comparing the output voltage with a reference voltage that is set by two external resistors.
