Working Principle
The TS27M4CD features two high voltage amplifiers and four general-purpose amplifiers. It consistently works on four supply voltages ranging from ±6.0 V to ±12 V and operating temperatures from -40 to +85° C. It also offers four distinct unity gain frequency ranges for high voltage amplifiers and for general-purpose amplifiers, ranging from 70 Hz to 100 MHz. It has a high voltage common mode voltage range of 6 V to 20 V and CMRR (common mode rejection ratio) of 70 dB. The input circuitry of the TS27M4CD is based on a J-FET (junction field effect transistor)input stage, which cuts down on the effects of noise, input bias, and input capacitance. It also offers an emitter-follower output stage with high output drive capability, fast slew rate and low output offset voltage.
The TS27M4CD is designed to provide excellent performance and wide dynamic range, making possible a low-noise and linear operation from the input to the output stage.
