This PMIC – Supervisors devices are capable of supplying up to 8 A for a single output and up to 6A for dual outputs. It is also equipped with an adjustable soft-start and a power-on reset circuit. The device is rated for an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and EMI class B standard. TS3809CXA RFG also features a high power factor in order to achieve higher efficiency and low switching losses. The device includes a high frequency PWM conversion stage for fast response time and high efficiency.
