The TS5V330PW is an ultra-small single-supply quad CMOS analog switch, manufactured by Toshiba Corporation. It is part of the Interface - Analog Switches - Special Purpose family of products. This switch is mainly used in applications such as data acquisition, audio/video signal routing, telecom, medical equipment, and mobile device. It operates over a wide voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V.

The TS5V330PW is a four-channel analog switch with a low ON-resistance of 0.45 Ω, very low Icc (quiescentcurrent) of 1.2 μA, and high data rate of 13 Gbps. It features both fast switching speed (4 ns typ) and low distortion (0.08 % typ), making it ideal for applications with stringent signal integrity requirements. It features an on-chip ESD protection with ±8 kV HBM rating, making it suitable for industrial and portable applications.
