TSH188CX RFG is one of these many Magnetic Sensors - Switches (Solid State) developed to gurantee users stable and reliable performance. TSH188CX RFG combines the advantages of Reed Switches and solid-state switching to create a new type of Magnetic Sensor. This sensor detects magnetic attraction forces that enable the switch to detect movement, thrust, friction and other mechanical effects. The unit operates at a lower cost because of the lack of contact wear in the switch and provides a cost effective alternative for applications that require precise control of end position and/or repeatability in extreme conditions.

The TSH188CX RFG Working Principle is as follows: The presence or absence of a magnetic field is sensed using an inductively based transducer. This sensing mechanism is highly reliable, and generally is immune to environmental noise. When the switch\'s sensing field is exposed to an external magnetic field, the state of the switch changes. Depending on the internal configuration, the switch may be configured for either NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) operation. If the switch operates in a Normally Open (NO) configuration, when the magnetic field exceeds a certain level, the switch changes state and closes the circuit. Conversely, if the switch is configured for a Normally Closed (NC) operation, it changes its state by opening the circuit when a certain level of magnetic field is applied.
Overall, the TSH188CX RFG is an excellent magnetic sensor suitable for a tremendous range of applications.
