TSV321ID Application Field and Working Principle:

The TSV321ID is a high-performance Operational Amplifier (OPA) designed for instrumentation, buffer amplifiers and linear applications. It is a low-power, low-distortion device which provides excellent DC accuracy, low cost, low leakage and high stability. It is one of the best and most cost effective Operational Amplifiers available in the market, providing very stable output even in the presence of high input signal.

The TSV321ID is a bipolar integrated circuit with two high-gain, low-noise transistors and a resistor, the input stage amplifiers (preamplifiers) amplifies signals with very good signal-to-noise ratio while the output stage provides output signal with low distortion and low noise. This makes it ideal for signal conditioning, signal analysis, signal amplification, and gain control applications. The OPA can be used in many applications such as audio, video, datacom, and medical electronics.

The TSV321ID has a flat frequency response over a range from 0.2 to 15 megahertz and can be operated from a single supply voltage of 9V. It has a high input impedance of greater than 1M ohm and an output impedance approximately 60 ohm. It can be operated in the linear or the buffered mode up to the maximum supply voltage of 24V. The OPA has an open loop voltage gain of up to 500,000 and delivers high linearity over a wide range of signal levels. The OPA is also capable of delivering a low-noise output signal of 10-11W which is suitable for sensitive applications.
