Linear Amplifiers

The TSV6392ILT is a high power, integrated, linearized linear amplifier designed for use in wireless applications such as WiMAX and LTE. The amplifier has an integrated high-efficiency, high frequency GaN power transistor in an SOT-223 package to minimize form factor and cost. The device has a linear output power of up to 45dBm with a gain of over 32dB.

The device is optimized for WiMAX and LTE systems and is designed to meet the industry standard for linearity performance. The linear power control feature can control the output power in both the uplink and downlink without the need for an external control circuit. The patented interleaved switching technique improves the gain and linearity performance. The device also features a high-performance load regulation capability to enhance the scalability of the system.

Instrumentation and OP Amps

The TSV6392ILT is an integrated linear amplifier optimized for instrumentation and operational amplifier applications. It has excellent gain accuracy over a wide bandwidth and is well suited for ac and dc signals. The device features a low input noise level, fast settling transient response and good distortion performance. The amplifier has a maximum gain of 60dB, fast slew rate of 11V/µs and 10MHz unity gain bandwidth. The amplifier also has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to+125°C.

The device offers both single-ended and differential inputs and outputs as well as input and output compensation for maximum flexibility. The amplifier has a wide common-mode input range, a low quiescent current of less than 7mA, and a low offset voltage of 1.5mV.

Buffer Amplifiers

The TSV6392ILT is a highly integrated buffer amplifier with a maximum gain of 45 dB and a gain accuracy of 0.2 dB. The amplifier has excellent linearity, noise and distortion performance, making it suitable for buffer, switching, IF/RF, video and audio applications. The amplifier features a wide bandwidth of 10MHz, a low input noise of 2.5 nV/√Hz and a wide common-mode input range of -4.2 to 7.2V.

The amplifier\'s low quiescent current of 8 mA and low shutdown current of 2.5 uA make it ideal for power-sensitive applications. The device has a single-ended differential input and output, input and output compensation and wide output voltage range. The device also features an integrated power-on reset circuit that ensures proper operation when power is first applied.
