TVS - Diodes are devices that are designed to protect electronic systems from external electrical disturbances such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFTs). The TV50C330J-G is a transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode used for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and, depending on the application, can be used for load dump, inflight voltage transients and inductive charge kickback protection.
