The TX810EVM is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit used to demonstrate and evaluate wireless capabilities in many applications. The board features the 4th generation RFID transceiver (TX810) from the Texas Instruments microcontroller family that utilizes Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for wireless communications. This UWB technology allows the board to communicate data at significantly faster speeds than other types of wireless technologies including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Zigbee. The kit also provides a variety of supporting tools as well as example programs and software applications to help developers put together complex applications.

The ultimate goal of a TX810EVM is to enable customers to create and evaluate their own applications concerning the use of wireless communication.
