TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diodes are basically designed to clamp excessive voltage that can be induced into an electronic system. UCLAMP3311T.TCT is an ultra-small single-line TVS diode, which is specifically designed to protect I2C bus lines and full-duplex RS-485 to protect system\'s data integrity. UCLAMP3311T.TCT also has an over-temperature protection (OTP) feature.
