The UES1306 is a rectifier and a single-phase bridge rectifier that is designed to be utilized in surge protection applications and/or other similar applications where a full wave rectification is necessary. It is composed of two diodes in a single package, one protected in the anode and one in the cathode. The 400 V version requires an operating temperature between -65°C and 150°C, dissipating a forward surge current of up to 5.15 A. The 800 V version, on the other hand, requires an operating temperature between -55°C and 125°C, dissipating a forward surge current of up to 8 A.
