The working principle of the UFT7130 is based on the flow of electrons between a p-channel and an n-channel MOSFET transistor. When the bias voltage is applied, the p-channel transistor turns ON, allowing current to flow into the device and activating the n-channel transistor. This triggers a reaction, allowing electrons to be pulled from the p-channel side of the transistor. On the other side of the UFT7130, the current is then released into the circuit.
