The UG8CT-E3/45 rectifier is a single-phase bridge rectifier module that utilizes four high power diodes. It converts alternating current (AC) input from an AC power source to direct current (DC) output at the terminals. The UG8CT-E3/45 rectifier is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, including electric vehicles, power supplies, UPS systems, and motor drives.
The UG8CT-E3/45 rectifier consists of four power diodes, each of which is individually insulated, resulting in a total isolation of the diode junctions from other electrical components. This insulating feature increases the reliability and durability of the rectifier. Additionally, the rectifier incorporates a low leakage integral heat sink, which dissipates excess heat during operation, ensuring the diode functions within its maximum ratings.
