The USD245CHR2 Rectifier diode is a fast switching diode that can be used in a wide variety of applications. It is ideal for use in numerous areas such as power supplies, rectification, AC/DC inverters, and motor control circuits.
The USD245CHR2 is a single-phase, fast-recovery rectifier with a maximum operating voltage of 200V. It is also rated for a forward-voltage drop of less than 1V for an output current of 1A. This is accomplished by the use of a full wave bridge rectifier, which consists of four diodes, arranged in a bridge formation, with the USD245CHR2 rectifier diode at each corner. By converting an AC signal into a DC signal, the rectifier diode significantly reduces power losses, as well as voltage changes.
