The V230LS40CP is a 380 V voltage transient suppressor best suited for applications that require wide operating voltage ranging from 14 V to 400 V. It belongs to the Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) class which also includes Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) components. These TVS and MOV components are extremely effective in clamping the spikes and surges created by lightning, inductive loads, and electrostatic discharge.
