The V240ZA05 is a low‐capacitance, bi‐directional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array featuring reverse stand‐off voltage ratings of 12 Vdc, 14 Vdc, 15 Vdc, 16 Vdc, 20 Vdc, and 24 Vdc. It provides protection for data lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD), transient overshoot, and induced lightning. This versatile, ultra‐small, two‐channel device is suitable for a variety of applications including consumer electronics, telecommunications, and automotive systems. In addition, it is compatible with multiple protocols, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
The technology powering this versatile diode array is the field of varistors, metal oxide varistors (MOVs), and TVSs.
