Application Field and Working Principle

The V30DM100CHM3/I diode array is a three-phase rectifier with two MOSFETs and one diode per phase. It is designed to replace three single-phase rectifiers in the same space, resulting in a higher power density and lower losses. The device also offers dynamic line regulation over the range of input voltage and excellent EMI filtering.
