VBT3080C-M3/4W is a high current transient voltage suppressor array, consisting of four silicon avalanche diodes. It is designed specifically to protect sensitive devices such as microcontrollers and other integrated circuits against transient over-voltages caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and other noisy phenomena. Its operating temperature range is from -55°C to 175°C and it has a storage (maximum) junction temperature of -65°C to 225°C.
