Diodes - Zener - Single

The VLZ3V9-GS08 is one of the single Zener diodes made by Semtech. It is a small, low power consumption component which provides a very reliable and accurate voltage reference for various applications.

The VLZ3V9-GS08 is a three-terminal diode which consists of a PN junction with an extra section in a glass package. This extra section is known as the Zener depletion layer.
