VM05 is a DC voltage meter developed by Vite Magnetic Technology Limited. It is widely used in the fields of laboratory research, plant engineering, engineering and production test. The meter has the function of measuring voltage, current, frequency and phase. The working principle is mainly based on measuring DC voltages, and all measurement processes are controlled by a single processor, The data acquired from the measurements are sent to a secondary processor which processes the data and performs the functions of display and control.The VM05 works by measuring mechanical forces, with electric and magnetic fields, generated by the current or voltage flowing through the circuit being measured. By measuring the magnitude and direction of the fields, the VM05 can measure the magnitude and direction of the current or voltage.The VM05 operates by using an analog and digital circuit integrated into one unit. The analog circuitry is used to measure AC, DC and pulsing voltages. The digital circuitry is used to measure frequency or phase. When measuring voltage or current, the VM05 uses a voltage divider, or a current divider, respectively. This device allows the VM05 to measure a range of voltages over the 10,000V range.When measuring frequency or phase, the VM05 uses a frequency to voltage converter. This device converts the frequency to a voltage which can be read by the VM05. The converted voltage is then used to calculate the frequency or phase.The VM05 also has the ability to store data and can be connected to a computer.
