The VN5010AKTR-E is an integrated dual-channel low-side load driver, also known as a Power Distribution Switch, Load Driver or PDSLD. It is designed to provide high-reliability power MOSFETs for driving two low-side loads from a single supply, typically a 5 or 12V supply. The VN5010AKTR-E features over-voltage and over-current protection, as well as on-resistance tracking between channels, a power-on reset, a reverse battery protection, a 2.5V reference voltage, and a built-in thermal protection circuit.
