The VN750-E is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for power distribution, switch and load drivers. It is suitable for a variety of applications including automotive, industrial and consumer products. This PMIC offers a wide range of features including low quiescent current, high output current, fast switch-on/off times, low EMI emissions, frequency response optimization and low power dissipation.

The VN750-E core power distribution is provided by a single-supply voltage, 3.3V or 5V. The power switches are integrated into the PMIC and provide a full range of control options for the power distribution. The switch is rated for up to 10A continuous current and 40A transient peak current. The switch features an on/off delay ranging from 0.030 to 0.10ms

The VN750-E also features a number of load drivers designed to drive a variety of loads. The load driver can be configured to drive either an N-channel MOSFET drive or an NPN bipolar transistor drive. The current limiter prevents excessive current draw and limits the current to a maximum of 1.5A. The load driver can be configured to provide both current- and frequency-based regulation, While the frequency response is optimized for high load, low 1000kHz.

The VN750-E also includes a wide range of protections, including ESD, continuous/transient over-current, under voltage lockout and overvoltage protection. The device also includes a unique Thermal Regulation Control (TRE) algorithm which can detect and regulate the temperature, ensuring safe operation of the device when operating at high temperatures.
