The VND7NV04 is a voltage-mode synchronous buck converter with a maximum switching frequency of 15MHz. It allows the user to select an economical and efficient power delivery profile, providing excellent transient response and reduced power switch losses.The VND7NV04 employs an adaptive current mode control (ACC) technique which enables optimized control of inductor current and output voltage ripple. This also reduces the switch losses for power efficiency. The VND7NV04 is capable of handling high side and low side current shunt detection, thereby improving the overall regulation and ruggedness of the design.In order to ensure proper operation, it is important to check the enable pin and the fault pin of the VND7NV04. The enable pin, when high, enables all the power switches of the device and, when low, disables them.
