The VQ1001P-2 is an array of CMOS enhancement mode Field Effect Transistors (FET). The VQ1001P-2 array is primarily used in electronics circuits to build low voltage and low power switched logic circuits, where exact timing of turning on and off of signals is key. The array consists of 14 individual FETs, all connected to a single gate control line. The FETs are of the N-type shaped structure, and the source, drain and gate on each transistor can be accessed separately.
