Therefore, the current flows opposite the previous direction, i.e., from the negative voltage, through the two forward-biased diodes, into the center node and then through the two reversed-biased diodes back to the positive voltage. This constant back and forth current flow forms the rectified DC output at the center node of the bridge rectifier.
