VSKC320-12 is a high voltage rectifier array designed for use in many different applications. The device consists of three separate rectifiers in a single package, each with its own anode and cathode connection for easy assembly. The schematic symbol for VSKC320-12 is shown in Figure 1. It is a three-phase rectifier array with three anode and cathode pins. The second two anode pins (A3 and A4), directly connected to the diode bridge rectifier circuit, represent the other two diodes. The cathode pin (C) connects all three diodes together.

The diode bridge rectifies the ac input, which is then smoothed using filter capacitors and a linear regulator, resulting in a regulated dc output voltage. The device can provide up to 12A of output current at a peak operating frequency of 1000kHz.
