Diodes – Rectifiers – Arrays
VSKC320-12 is a high voltage rectifier array designed for use in many different applications. The device consists of three separate rectifiers in a single package, each with its own anode and cathode connection for easy assembly. The device can provide up to 12A of output current at a peak operating frequency of 1000kHz.
