VT1115SFCX is an integrated AC voltage and current product specifically designed for advanced single-sided, two-sided, three-phase, and four-phase AC power measurement. Working principle

VT1115SFCX is a self-contained power monitoring unit. The VT1115SFCX consists of three parts: sensors, A/D module, display devices. First, sensors are used to measure the voltage and current of the power system. Then a A/D module is used to convert analog signals to digital signals. Finally, display devices display the digital signals received from A/D module. In this way, the VT1115SFCX can measure the voltage and current of each leg of the three-phase power system accurately.

VT1115SFCX uses calculation methods to measure various parameters such as active power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, phase angle and frequency. In the process of measuring the amplitude and phase angle of three-phase current, a full bridge current sensor is firstly used. Then the three-phase current is converted into three-phase voltage by CRM equipment, and phase shift and amplitude measurement is performed at pre-set frequencies. The values of the measurements are then sent to an A/D module. In turn, the A/D module computes the active power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, phase angle and frequency, which is displayed by the display unit.
