WCF30RN is a water-cooled tube furnace that is specially designed for long time carburizing and hardening heat treatment for all kinds of chemical components. It can also be used for annealing of steels and non-ferrous alloys, tempering of heat-resisting alloys, air aging of steel and aluminum alloy, nitriding and boronization of steel. Its voltage is three-phase four-wire, and it is equipped with mechanical rheostat for manual voltage and current adjustment, so it can do some regional temperature or speed control at dynamic operating mode. It is featured by high heating rate, good temperature uniformity, long-term and reliable operation and easy manipulation. Moreover, the furnace contains water cooling jacket form in side of lining for convenient weight adding and water tank at bottom inside for water circulation. The whole working principle of WCF30RN is as follows. Firstly, the cold raw working materials enters the furnace, the induction heating power supply works and generates induced current when it encounters metal object that enters the induction coil and applies the AC power to the induction coil. The current flow produces eddy current on the surface of the work piece that will heat the raw working material. Then through the temperature controlling and speed controlling system, the heating rate can adjust in order to reach the desired treatment temperature. During the heating progress, the water in the water cooling jacket can circulate through the stainless steel pipe connected with the external water source, so as to cool the furnace shell. After the heating process is completed, the furnace shell can remain at normal temperature, and then the treated work piece will be unloaded.
